The primary state of the valve is securely closed, with the elbow diaphragm seamlessly sealing the valve's inner cavity, effectively blocking the pathway within the pipeline.
By either toggling the handwheel or activating the actuator, the valve stem is driven upward, causing the spherical diaphragm to curve upwards. This transition allows the valve to enter a conductive state, facilitating thorough cleaning and opening. The diaphragm ingeniously divides the inner cavity of the lower valve body from the cavity of the upper valve cover, ensuring components such as the valve stem and valve core remain untouched by the medium. This design eliminates the need for a packing sealing structure, thus preventing any medium leakage. Our advanced valve body design ensures complete drainage of cleaning fluids, leaving no residue or stagnation.
