By operating the handwheel or initiating the actuator, the valve stem is driven upward. This action causes the spherical diaphragm to flex upward, transforming the valve into a conductive state. This mechanism allows for seamless cleaning and opening, ensuring optimal operation. The diaphragm serves the pivotal role of isolating the inner cavity of the lower valve body from that of the upper valve cover. This ensures that the valve stem, core, and other components situated above the diaphragm remain untouched by corrosive media. As a result, the need for a packing sealing structure is eliminated, guaranteeing zero leakage. Our enhanced valve body design ensures complete drainage of cleaning fluids, leaving no room for stagnation.
